What We Do

KR RealEstate BabySitting Service is a turnkey service primarily for Real Estate Investors. We take damaged or not up to market standard houses or apartment units and get them ready for sale or lease. We will take the job from start to finish. After you crunch the numbers and come up with a amount you are willing to spend, we will work it out with you to get the things done within your budget so you can sell or rent out your house. Sometimes you have enough funds to do all you need to do and others you may be a bit short. We will work with you to make sure the right repairs are done in order to bring the unit to market viability.

My name is David. I am with Woodlands Computer Geeks. I designed this website. More importantly, I am a Real Estate Investor. I have used Lionel at KRribs for the last 3 years for all my rehab needs. The previous 2 years I went through 5 contractors until one day, I met Lionel. I had him come by to look at a carpet I had that was a mess. Before he left, I stated that all I needed now was to get the other things repaired. He ask me, "Well what else do you need done?". That I believe was the starting point of a turn key company. I was the first customer to have KRribs do all the rehab. Is KRribs perfect? No. But who is? What I like is that Lionel's is always looking for ways to improve his service and how to make life easier for the Investor. I love that!
